We are accredited to deliver a variety of training services and are happy to discuss any general or site specific enhanced training requirements. We propose that training and health/safety policy should be treated as an evolving, business critical, element of the labour provision.

gap personnel have developed a basic skill matrix to be implemented for core agency staff, the main purpose of this being to facilitate a seamless transition from temporary to permanent employment.
The key areas of this matrix are:
- food hygiene - level 2 (Royal Institute of Public Health)
- manual handling
- health and safety in the workplace
Each of these courses are run by an external body and delegates are awarded a recognised qualification - this is implemented on a per account basis further to negotiation as to what is required by each client.
In addition to training our temps we also ensure that our internal staff members are fully trained to deliver an outstanding service.

gap personnel Account Managers and Contract Managers all undergo the following training with external certification:
- food hygiene - Level 2
- health and safety in the workplace
- manual handling
- first aid in the workplace
Additionally, all employees of gap personnel are expected to be members of the REC, having passed the industry standard qualifications.
