We also run fully accredited Food Safety Training courses which fulfil the most rigorous auditing standards. And, why we keep fully compliant with the standards set by the British Retail consortium. If gap personnel follow the rulebook, it’s more likely our workers will follow it too. And they do; which goes a long way to explaining why our workers have a ‘rebooking’ rate of 99.8%.
