Lord Jones opens new look gap Flint branch
This past Friday saw the Right Honourable Lord Barry Jones open gap personnel’s recently renovated Flint branch.
The branch started operations in 2004 and this latest investment is a continuation of the company’s commitment to Flint. The new look branch is now one of gap’s flagship offices with a striking modern facade on the Flint high street.
The branch re-launch took place just weeks after the branch achieved a record-high number of workers placed in the North Wales region with a workforce of over 500 staff at a variety of clients in the local area.
Lord Jones spoke at length on gap personnel’s impact in the north Wales community through their placement of staff at a multitude of businesses, regular involvement in the Deeside Business Forum and their continued support of Welsh Premier League team gap Connah’s Quay Nomads and their 250+ strong academy.
The renovated office features new office space for the gap personnel branch staff, including a new second floor office which was previously unused, and also features a new integrated interview area allowing staff to interview a larger number of candidates at any one time.
gap personnel’s Flint Branch Manager Chrissie Small said “Our refurbished office has created a modern, flexible workspace that is an inviting and bright environment for our candidates.
With the new open plan layout of our office, our candidates feel more a part of our team and the extra space has given us the ability to interview more candidates on a daily basis.
Our aim was to make the office a more welcoming environment to our candidates and attract candidates to come and work for gap personnel and we feel the new office will achieve this.”
