gap personnel named in the sunday times 100 best companies to work for 2020

Recruitment company gap personnel group has been named as one of The Sunday Times' Top 100 Best Mid Companies to Work For 2020.

The list, which is based on survey responses from the company's own team, ranked gap personnel as the 69th Best Mid Company to Work For in the UK and the 51st Best Company to Work For in the North West. gap personnel also regained its 2-star employer status, the second highest standard of workplace engagement which represents 'organisations striving to the top and demonstrating outstanding commitment to workplace engagement'.

Feedback highlights from the b-Heard survey included:

84% of staff agreed "I feel my manager talks openly and honestly with me".
88% of staff agreed: "The experience I gain from this job is valuable for my future".
93% of staff agreed "I believe I can make a valuable contribution to the success of this organisation".
