Staff Planning and Recruitment Coordinator

Gap professional are recruiting for a Staff Planning and Recruitment Coordinator to join a healthcare organisation who support adults with learning disabilities. A prior knowledge of the healthcare sector would be an advantage but is not essential! However, you will need to be experienced in staffing and recruitment.
You will be based in Head Office which is situated near to Hockley in the county of Essex and will support multiple services from a central location.

·Salary - £20,000
·Hours - Full time hours - 40 per week 0800 - 1600
·On call requirements 1 week in 3
·Area - Hockley in the county of Essex

Responsibilities - Staff Planning and Recruitment Coordinator

·Co-ordinate all rotas for all services, ensure completion and they are correct, ensure all with finance on a Monday
·Arrange cover for staff sickness across all services
·Arrange cover for staff holidays across all services
·Be part of an on call for out of hours cover
·Manage staff annual leave across all services
·Manage return to works and sickness levels across all services
·Interview support staff and fill staffing voids in our services, existing and new. Work with Admin on this, take responsibility to find and source staff.
·Keep up to date a supervision matrix, audit and report to SSM.
·Keep up to date service hour's list and staff employed to that service.
·Manage agency usage and report at managers meetings.
·Ensure agency inductions are complete
