This is a full time, permanent opportunity to work within a dynamic team. The working hours for this Client Manager position are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30 and offers excellent company benefits. The salary for this role is between £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
Main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
·Liaising with clients (individual and businesses) and providing financial information and advice
·Advising on accounting and taxation matters
·Advising clients on areas of business improvement
·Supporting and training colleagues during accounts preparation
·Managing of financial systems and budgets
·Advising on accounting systems for best use by a client
·Performing tests to check financial information and systems
·Providing tax planning service with reference to current legislation
·Financial forecasting and risk analysis
·Consistently meeting deadlines and targets
·Assistance in the production of financial statements
·Previous experience of managing client relationships is essential.
·ACCA or ACA qualified
·Ability to maintain strong working relationships with both colleges and clients
·Good working knowledge of varied accounting packages like Xero, SAGE, IRIS
·An ability to manage a partly non-accounting workload
·High level of organisational skills
·Ability to understand financial statements for small and medium businesses
This role is based in Southam, however you will be required to travel between offices. As the Client Manager, you will be proactive, adaptable and be able to pick up and retain information quickly.
