Sales Support Coordinator
Salary: £8.21 per hour
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

My client who is a market leader in their field and based in Selby are currently seeking a number of skilled Sales Support Coordinators to join their team of a 3 month temporary role so requires someone who can start the position immediately.

The Role:
•This role will involve day to day contact with their customers/clients this could be on the phone or via email
•To manage own work load and obtain any missing information to ensure the customers application is compliant
•To maintain up to date and accurate contact records for customers
•Professionally handle inbound and outbound telephone, postal and electronic enquiries
•Planning and making follow-up calls
•Provide support to other departments as and when required.

For this role we are seeking someone who has

•The ability to build rapport with customers
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Excellent communication, listening & problem-solving skills
•The ability to be organised and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy
•Attention to detail
•Previous experience in a customer service role
•The ability to use all MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and be familiar with other bespoke databases
