The Company
Well established company has gone from strength to strength in the Hull area within the Electronics Industry.
They are looking for an experienced people manager with knowledge of the electronics industry to support their Sales team.
The Role
The team is established but you will be responsible for developing individuals and identifying skills within the team.
Implementing new systems and procedures to the team.
Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained and dealing with any complaints or queries.
Essential Skills/Attributes
·Minimum of 5 years' experience within a technical role within the Electronics Industry.
·Able to field multiple team issues/requests and prioritise according to merit and commerciality.
·Possess a strong worth ethic as a reliable, dependable individual, delivering a strong role model for the team
·Demonstrate excellent attitude in all aspects of the role/team interactions, with an approachable style.
