You will be working on behalf of their client, dealing with their existing customer base and all membership enquiries via phone and email. This will be a fast-paced role so attention to detail is essential, full training will be provided.
To be successful in this position, applicants will:
• Have experience of dealing with a range of customer requirements via phone & email in a polite manner
• Be confident, hardworking and flexible to meet the needs of the business
• Have excellent grammar, spelling and be computer literate
It is imperative that applicants are reliable and committed.
• Saturday and Sunday 10am - 17.00 - These hours can vary due to the nature of the business
The hourly rate for this position will be £9.00 per hour plus holiday pay. You will have access to free parking, refreshments, and a kitchen area during working hours.
