Our client is a family run business operating within 19 branches across East Anglia covering agricultural, construction and horticultural machinery and they currently have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Administrator based at their Fyfield, Ongar branch based in Essex.

Role Purpose for this Administrator Position:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first class administrative service within the branch in addition to maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and members of staff. You will be working as a Personal Assistant to the Branch Manager but you must be prepared to assist other departments in the branch as required.

Essential Skills/Experience for this Administrator position:

vExcellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner
vStrong Administration skills
vAbility to communicate to all levels of the business
vAct with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
vFirst class keyboard and PC skills
vExtensive knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word and Excel
vAccuracy with numbers and handling of cash
vExcellent telephone manner
vBe organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
vHave a flexible and approachable manner
vBe self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
vAct with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
vBe confident and show initiative
vAttention to detail

Additional Information for this Administrator Position:

The hours are 40hrs per week - 8m to 5pm, Monday to Friday (one hour unpaid lunch).
