35 hours/week covering 8am - 9pm inclusive of 2 Saturday shifts in every 4 weeks
£18500 plus quarterly bonus
This represents an excellent opportunity to join a truly progressive and supportive organisation. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from publicans and people working in the licensed trade who require immediate assistance with their beer dispense equipment. As their first point of contact, you will be approachable, helpful and provide a high level of customer service at all times.
You will log calls from customers and provide instant technical advice to callers to assist them in diagnosing simple problems with their beer dispense systems. You will be self motivated with a confident manner. You will take a proactive approach to work and be able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast paced environment.
