Assistant Store (Fashion) Manager
Thurrock, Essex
Part-Time 14.5 hours per week
£6,500 - £6,900 plus monthly turnover bonus

Our well established high street fashion retail client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and results driven Assistant Store Manager to join their busy store in Grays, Essex. This is the number two position within the store, reporting directly to the General Store Manager and is on a part time basis.

Duties will include assisting the General Store Manager with managing and developing store revenue targets and operational goals. Other duties will include:

• Opening and Closing of Store with Manager
• Administration/Computer knowledge for the purpose of entering details on employee's hours worked etc., in connection with their payroll
• Preparing till Floats
• Till Lift/Over and Short Reports
• Gift Vouchers/returns and exchanges/voids
• Expenses and Incomes
• Organising daily staff break rotas
• Checking staff uniform
• Monitoring of staff holidays
• Merchandising and Stock Replenishment
• Checking off Stock Deliveries
• Banking

Key Skills required for this Assistant Store Manager Position include:

• Previous experience in fashion retail at team leader level
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfactory
• Able to complete store administration work
• Follow compliance with policies and procedures

Contract hours are 14.5 hours per week, Thursday: 8.30am to 5.30pm and Sundays 9.30am to 4pm.

The basic salary on offer is £6,500 to £6,900 plus monthly turnover bonus
