Job Title: Digital Marketing Support Executive
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm 35 hours per week (can be flexible if needed)
Pay: £11.53 per hour
Location: York

Our client is a business that prides its self on creating a five star holiday experience for its customers, they seeking a temporary Digital Marketing Support Executive to join their busy team. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive in order to support with the company's digital strategy and marketing channels, including their websites, CRM system and Social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Trip Advisor. You will be maintaining regular communication with other parts of the company's exciting holiday sectors where you'll create and post relevant and interesting content to engage with all of the company's communication platforms.

This role in initially covering an 8 week period but could move into a permanent role. As this a temporary role we are seeking someone who can start immediately or at one week's notice.

Your job will be to
•Ensure all work completed is to the highest of standards, always following the internal proofing process
•Use the internal CRM system to segment data for mailing lists and ensure all data compliance parameters are met and unsubscribes/do not mails are managed appropriately
•Develop content on the CMS system for the company website and other websites, including holidays
•Responsible for the brands organic social media plan, creating a content calendar, posting regularly and managing responses through our platforms. You will build and maintain the company's social media presence whilst ensuring content is always reflective of our 5-Star brand
•Working with the team and the PR agency to produce new content across our websites, assisting with the content schedule for blogs, news articles, case studies, infographics, emails
•Proven love of writing and amazing eye for detail
•Supporting with all owner communications and being the key point of contact for the customer care teams, you will be responsible for communicating events across print and digital channels
•Assist with any escalated issues from the members section of the website, for example, password resets
•Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 CRM or similar platforms and marketing automation applications would be an advantage

Relevant skills and experience
•Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and content management systems
•Advanced knowledge and experience of Google Analytics
•Solid understanding of website structure, SEO and PPC
•Ideally, one years' experience in a similar role
•Experience of working in sales, leisure or tourism is desirable
•Experience of writing for different channels
