Project Engineer
Do you have Engineering experience or have just completed a City and Guilds or HNC within Engineering and looking for a new and exciting challenge? If so then look no further! A great and exciting opportunity has just come available for a Project Engineer located near to Peterborough, Cambridgeshire providing project management for external research and development. This role will include travel on a national and International scale including travel to China, Germany and many other countries.
My client is well established within the manufacture and distribution of HVAC and R and is looking for a motivated Project Engineer with a background or knowledge in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. The ideal candidate will have an Engineering qualification however full product training will be provided and could be your first introduction into this particular sector of Engineering.

·Salary - Up to £27,000 depending on experience.
·Hours - 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730 no weekend working!
·Area - Located near to Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
·Travel - You will have a great opportunity to travel across the world and visit many exciting countries.
·This is a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities - Project Engineer

·Research and Development project management
·Inhouse and external Research and Development projects within the UK and global market
·Formulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures.
·Establish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those tests
·Carry out projects to maximise efficiency
·Be apart of the bigger team and vision

Skills required - Project Engineer

·Must have a full UK driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
·Experience within the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration sector preferred but not essential
·Experience or knowledge within any of the following sectors, Building Services, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
·Sharp eye for detail
·Good standard of literacy and numeracy
·Excellent communication
·Experience in project Engineering preferred but not essential
·Must be a commutable distance from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
