A friendly, forward thinking established manufacturing company are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department.
·Prepare and issue contracts of employment
·Process and prepare new starter offer letters
·Deal with post
·Payroll and Attendance Admin
·Updating information for employee files
·Provide admin support for with HR projects
·Car Fleet Admin
·Previous experience working in a generalist HR administration role
·Good working knowledge of HR systems and data reporting
·Experience of HR processes
·HR qualification or working towards (desirable)
·Experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (desirable)
·Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
·Ability to work as part of a team
·Excellent interpersonal awareness and personal effectiveness
·Good analytical thinking skills
·Excellent written and numeracy skills
·Good communication skills - written and verbal
·Organisation and prioritisation skills
·Personal resilience and ability to deliver
