The Company
A professional services company based in York city centre are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to handle all Internal vacancies and deal with general HR duties.
The Role
The successful candidate will become the firm's go to person for a broad range of recruitment and on boarding related activity, from day to day vacancy management to influencing and shaping the firm's recruitment and attraction strategy.
Duties/Knowledge
·Experience of managing the end to end recruitment process is essential, with a key responsibility being to effectively support the business to attract and select new talent.
·The post holder will be responsible for all stages of the process
·Creating initial adverts
·Agreeing the recruitment strategy for the role
·Shortlisting candidates
·Arranging and attending interviews
·Progressing offers, and supporting the L&D Business Partner with induction planning/ implementation.
·You will also have the opportunity to work on and support with senior level appointments, and identify and lead on resourcing projects for the business.
Experience
·In an increasingly competitive recruitment market, we are looking for someone proactive who will actively identify and implement new approaches and strategies to further raise the firm's profile in the candidate market, along with strengthening our position as an employer of choice.
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels are key for success.
·The successful candidate will manage our agency PSL
·Develop strong and effective relationships with hiring managers and liaise with other internal teams (for example marketing whilst identify opportunities to promote the employer brand).
