My client, based local to Rayleigh, is seeking a Customer Services Support Advisor for a fixed 9-month contract (maternity cover). My client is looking for a skilled customer Service Advisor that will be able to hit the ground running in this busy role, ideally someone who has previously dealt with high volume customer accounts.

The Duties of a Customer Service Support Assistant
•You will be responsible for the creation of relevant supporting documentation
•Providing support to Account Managers
•Liaising with customers on smaller accounts
•Liaising with production / planning to provide customer updates
•Management of customer stock levels
•Liaising with logistics team for customer dispatches
•Manage relevant scheduling requests
•Manage relevant customer complaints through the business to ensure the customer gets a timely and satisfactory response.
•Set up, chair and minute customer conference calls to review KPI's or specific project calls
•Ensure project trackers & reports are sent correctly and on time
•Ensure issues are escalated as required to the relevant person
•Review of production plan and ensuring key milestones are adhered to
·You will be working Monday- Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Essential Skills
·To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor you must have previous experience in a similar environment and be familiar with Business to Business calls.
·You must have excellent levels of communication both internally and externally.
·Has dealt with high volume customer accounts
·You will ensure services are continually managed to a high level of quality.
·You must have effective planning, time management and internal process control.
·You will be required to conduct daily management of customer reports.
·You will be responsible for reviewing of stock levels and project tracking.
·You must have the ability to work in a team environment, be a team player but also be able to work on your own initiative
·Proficiency with MS Office
