Position: Business Development Manager
Salary: £28000 basic salary plus achievable commission structure
Location: Newcastle/ North East Area
Company: Yorkshire Based

My client is a dynamic and ambitious Contract Electronic Manufacturer, based in York. They have experienced large sales growth during the previous 12 months and after significant investment in the latest SMT equipment, the company are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to continue the drive of new business.

For this role my client is seeking someone who has experience working within the electronics industry and a proven track record of successful sales and business development within this field. You will ne required to work from home for this role and develop new business within your geographical area, in return you will be provided with the below to help you succeed within this role.

·Company laptop and phone
·Company pension scheme
·Flexible working hours and holiday allowance
·A company car after a qualifying period (before this period your own transport is required with expenses paid)


Duties will include (but not limited to):
·Self-generating and acquiring new business opportunities in your geographical area
·Contacting leads and conducting meetings with new business opportunities
·Delivering consistent growth in sales and profit by developing and implementing sales plans to attract new business to achieve agreed targets
·Attend monthly sales meeting in York and deliver against respective KPI
·Maintaining and exceeding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
·Assistance and input into marketing activities
