My client, an employer of choice in York are looking to recruit a Part Time Customer Service Assistant to join the team. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Manager your duties will include;
Handling telephone calls from potential and existing customers ensuring their needs are met in a professional and efficient manner
Responding to emails and written enquiries to ensure customers have all the necessary relevant information
Provision of administrative support
Resolving any issues to ensure the customer is happy with end result
Prepare and despatch all customer documentation
Ad hoc duties as required
You will have proven experience of working in a customer focused environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to work under pressure and take a methodical and organised approach to work.
This role is 22.5 hours per week (7.5 hours over 3 days) and my client is flexible as to the hours undertaken but you must be available to work one full weekend every month.
