This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambition individual to join our client in York. Due to growth they are looking for an Internal Sales Executive/Account Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Sales Manager your duties will include the following;
• Re-engage with existing customers to establish reason for drop in sales and how we can overcome this to win business back.
• Sell enough products to these customers to enable you to meet your revenue GM target.
• Work with customers to establish overall and specific needs so that we can establish ourselves as their regular supplier.
• Actively seek opportunities to increase gross margin.
• Make calls to existing customers who have previous spent with the company
• Respond, in line with customer expectations, to all sales opportunities.
• Promote the products that we sell ahead of competing brands.
• Report on additional brand and product requirements of customers.
• Record all activities on Power Quote and personal customer record sheet.
• Effectively utilise the resources of the company to win, retain and grow sales and margin within your account lists.
• To identify accounts that need a visit from the Business Development Manager
