The Company
A family owned, well established company based near Wakefield are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Duties
Sample
·Photograph each sample from 2 or 3 angles dependent on style
·Prepare each photo by naming with code & actual allocated name of style, cropping, levelling colour, and brightening for use in showcase/PDF file to sales guys
·Check samples in stock showroom against stock levels, replace samples/specs where required.
·Prepare for exhibition's when necessary
Specs
·Update main spreadsheet with new specs once size ranges
Prices
·Prepare spreadsheet weekly for outstanding prices
·Check against previous season/styles
Orders
·Send Sales force details of orders

Catalogue
·Stock only - prepare pages, add in style details/prepared photos/delivery dates etc
·Check against most recent stock sheets/newly ordered styles
·Order envelopes

CH/General Admin
·Input and analysis for annual budget
·Create customer spreadsheets of potential styles
·Create factory spreadsheet for customers to gain specific prices
·Photograph non-core styles to send to customer
·Check customer orders against specs, then file or query.
·Draft emails to send to customers
·Check/input orders for Footwear website
·Liaise with footwear Merch/Licence/Design as & when
·Prepare footwear paperwork for China trips
·Print footwear spreadsheet weekly

Skills and Experience
·You will need a good understanding and experience of Excel Spreadsheets
·Be Organised
·Be able to work to deadlines
·Retail knowledge
·Good customer service skills
