A great and exciting opportunity has just come available for a Recruitment Branch Manager located near Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. You will be responsible for leading and growing a small team across temp and perm whilst also building your own perm desk.

Responsibilities - Recruitment Branch Manager
·Manage a small team of consultants across both temporary and permanent desks
·Build and manage your own permanent desk
·Organising and executing training programs for branch personnel
·Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
·Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
·Developing and implementing sales plans
·Conducting regular sales and operations meetings
·Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
·Organising marketing activities and events for the branch
·Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
·Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
·Drafting forecasts and business plans
·Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives

Skills required - Recruitment Branch Manager

·Must be a commutable distance from Leamington Spa
·Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding set billing figures
·Experience of managing a small team
·Knowledge of temporary and permanent recruitment
·Experience of budgeting and forecasting
·Experienced in providing training and support
·Experienced in sales negotiation
·Must have covered a 360 recruitment role previously
