Internal Sales Administrator - Warwick

Gap Professional have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Administrator, with a well-established company in Warwick.

The successful candidate will support the coordination of the company's sales team. This will include dealing with customer's enquiries. As well as assisting in the office by preparing quotations and invoices. A keen eye for detail and being able to maintain high levels of accuracy are essential for this role.


The salary for this role is £18,500 per annum with the potential of earning an annual bonus after completing the probation period. The working hours are 9:15am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·Responding to correspondence and answering general day to day queries from customers in a timely and efficient manner

·Working using your own initiative and taking responsibility for daily duties

·Provide high touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships to ensure a positive client experience

·Processing stock orders and ensuring invoices are raised correctly to meet company KPI's

·Supporting other members of team

·Maintaining customer databases - sales prices and addresses alongside general administration duties

·Following departmental processes and striving to identify continuous improvement opportunities


Essential Criteria:

·Previous experience in a varied, busy administration role

·Can work well individually and has previous experience in a high-pressured environment

·Computer literate

·Works well in a team, and as an induvial

·Good verbal and written communication skills
