My client is a very successful Financial organisation (IFA) and they currently have an opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join their small and very successful and friendly team based on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

Key Duties for the Senior Administrator position include:

• Process business submissions
• Respond to all client calls
• Monitor Client Care & Advice email inboxes
• Action provider/client queries, relating to new business submissions
• Support the Head of Administration with Admin board statistics for monthly team meeting, when required.
• Assist with any outstanding commission enquiries from Finance
• Carry out one-month checks, for new business submissions until completion
• Change of adviser/agency process, when applicable
• Chasing of outstanding requirements, relating to new business submissions
• Process disinvestment requests from providers to cover provider or adviser fees, when applicable

Experience required for the Senior Administrator position include:

• Previous financial administration experience preferred
• A good eye for detail
• Good numeric skills are Essential (Tested at interview)

Hours
-Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 35 hours per week
