Due to expansion our client a lovely family run business are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join their vibrant Customer Service team. Your duties will be varied and include the following;
Processing a high volume of calls on a daily basis
Dealing with any queries/disputes, escalating them where necessary
Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
Ad hoc associated administration
If you have a solid background in Customer Service or Administration and want to join an organisation who really value their employees then this is the role for you. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, take a proactive approach to your work and enjoy working as part of a team. This is a super time to join this business as they are soon to be moving to a new purpose built office to support their growth plans. My client will provide full training.
