Gap Professional are representing a client who is the world leader in aircraft interiors and whose strength has always been through the high quality of the people they employ, and they currently have an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join their HR team based at their head office in Southend.

Duties for this HR Advisor position include:

-Provide a clear, effective and legally compliant advice, guidance and support across the full range of HR activity and ensure the best outcome is delivered.
-Provide HR support for employee relations case work including disciplinary, grievance, appeal, absence and performance management
-Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels, providing advice and guidance on Company Policies and Procedures, legislation and risk to support understanding and ensure effective communication of good HR practice
-Provide coaching and mentoring to Supervisors/Managers to improve confidence and people management capability and enable them to self-serve

Experience required for the HR Advisor position includes:

-CIPD Qualified or working towards
-Comprehensive working knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practice
-Proven practical experience of managing complex employee relation cases
-Ability to work autonomously and use initiative

Hours:
• Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm (30-minute lunch break)
• Friday 8am to 1pm

Total 39 hours per week
