Operations Coordinator - Warwick

An excellent opportunity has arisen with our well established client based in Warwick as an operations coordinator. Our client is a global recognised group offering a wide range of products and services to UK retailers.

As the operations coordinator you will play a vital part in the management of all sales contracts and achieving the company's quality customer service based at the UK head office in Warwick.

You will be responsible for:

• Acting as a operations coordinator for nominated account directors and account managers
• Assist in the maintenance and development of existing and new customers
• Enable sales orders and their transactions to be fully recorded
• Keep up to date with new products
• Management of standard roll out projects i.e. peak programmes
• Building close relationships with key decision-making personnel
• Provide reports, feedback, communication, market and competition information

To be considered for the role, you will need to:

• Ideally have a background in account management, sales coordination or operations/logistics
• Be able to provide excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
• Be confident and able to work in a timely efficient manner
• Have strong administration skills including excel and Microsoft office
