Due to expansion, Gap professional are recruiting a Web-Shop Administrator to assist in the day to day administration of uploading stock on to the Company's website, based at my clients Head Office, Ulting, Essex

** Must have your own transport **

Reporting to the General Groundcare Sales Manager, your role will be to run the Web Shop by keeping stock items on the company web site up to date with prices and descriptions as required in conjunction with the retail and marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities for the Web-Shop Administrator:

-Liaise with marketing department on a daily basis to manage web order payments and the dispatch of machinery
-Supervising PDI and the dispatch of Web based orders
-Tracking web prices and daily updates ensuring competitiveness
-Uploading new products onto Website
-Working with SEO provider to ensure we maintain client's presence on the internet
-Working to the monthly budget for google ads etc.
-Ordering web shop sales from suppliers on a daily basis
-Negotiating with suppliers ensuring best terms are agreed
-Handling returns with suppliers and workshop
-Regular meetings with suppliers
-Attending supplier dealer days and disseminating information through the company

Essential Skills/Experience for the Web-Shop Administrator:

-Competent user of the Internet, Emails and Word
-Creative thinker when applying descriptive content
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail when proof reading copy
-Have a flexible and approachable manner
-Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter - able to use own initiative and bring fresh ideas to the team
-Take accountability for own decisions
-Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
-Able to work on initiative for improvements

-Hours:
40 per week, 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri (1 hour unpaid lunchbreak)
