Pay: £9.74 per hour
Location: York city centre
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Our client is an established National Construction Service business which is based in York city centre.
They are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator to join their team in the testing department of the business.
Your role will include but not limited to:
•Speaking with clients to book in relevant testing's
•Emailing confirmations to clients
•Keeping relevant spreadsheets updated with booking information
•Support organising CSCS cards and Health and Safety Equipment
•Support ordering and coordination of PPE and Testing work wear
•Support arranging calibration of all equipment according to due dates
•Ensuring legislation is adhered to and all documentation is in place
•Ensure all equipment is accounted for, labelled and maintained correctly
•Arrange invoicing in a timely manner
•Check certificates before issuing to client
•Create and maintain testing schedules for clients
•Produce test reports
•Organising hire vehicles and hotels as required
•Liaising with technical department/ testers/ sales/ admin
•Ensuring a positive and accommodating relationship with clients
•Direct decisions regarding prioritising tests etc. to testing supervisor who can escalate accordingly
In return for the above skills and experience you will be rewarded with working for a fantastic business, great working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
