Our client, a lovely family run business are looking to recruit a Call Centre Supervisor to join their vibrant Customer Service team. Your duties will be varied and include the following;
Supervising a team of Customer Service Advisors
Processing a high volume of calls on a daily basis
Dealing with customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner
Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
Ad hoc associated administration
If you have a solid background in Customer Service gained within a Call Centre environment and want to join an organisation who really value their employees then this is the role for you. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, take a proactive approach to your work and enjoy working as part of a team. This is a super time to join this business as they are soon to be moving to a new purpose built office to support their growth plans.
