A forward thinking professional services company based in York city centre are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their friendly, personable HR team.
Your role will be to provide HR Admin support in a accurate, proficient manner. This is a broad role and is extremely varied.
·Providing a timely, efficient and accurate administrative service to the HR team and wider business
·Maintaining the HR database including the updating of employee records (including with new starters, leavers and sickness absence)
·Supporting with the administration of all HR processes associated with each stage of the employee life cycle and identifying opportunities to streamline processes
·Dealing with recruitment administration (rejecting candidates, arranging interviews, drafting offer letters and contracts of employment)
·Arranging the on boarding of new employees, ensuring compliance across all required areas
·Assisting with the payroll process and related queries
·Producing HR reports
·Strong attention to detail
·Be able to multi-task and work to deadlines
·A good knowledge of Word and Excel
·A general understanding of HR processes
Please not this is a more background support role than a front facing HR role.
