Office Administrator (part time)

There is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join a growing business based local to Watton, Norfolk. You will be responsible for providing office support across the business including customer service support and administration support. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 2:30pm-5pm.

Duties of the Office Administrator:
• Administration support across the business
• Answering incoming telephone calls and distributing accordingly
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing post
• Handling confidential information
• May need to assist the accounts team when required

Experience required for the Office Administrator:
• Previous experience within an administration/office role is essential
• A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Experience using Word and Excel Microsoft packages
• Being able to use your own initiative and is willing to go the extra mile
• Due to the requirements of the role and the location based in Watton, Norfolk you will need your own transport

In return for your hard work:
• You will be paid a very competitive hourly rate of up to £9 per hour depending on experience
• You will receive extra days off at Christmas
• You will work a Monday to Friday role with the opportunity to work extra hours
• Working in a great office with a wonderful tight knit team
