Compliance Administrator

Outskirts of York (Own Transport Required)

£21000 - £24000

Our client, a privately owned reputable business are looking to add to the team with the recruitment of an experienced Compliance Administrator. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the company complies with all regulatory requirements, complete and maintain the company Quality Managerment System and collate data and create reports for ISO9001/ISO14001 accreditation. Reporting to the Office Manager duties will include;

  • Maintain and develop customer compliance records
  • Collate hazardous waste chemical data
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships, providing relevant parties with documentation in accordance with UKAS inspections
  • Collate data to maintain ISO9001/ISO14001 accreditation
  • Establish, implement and maintain processes needed to maintain Quality Management System
  • Liaise with external bodies on matters of accreditation
  • Generate waste quotations
  • Record keeping for HMRC
  • Supporting the Office Manager in operational aspects

You will have strong administration skills, a proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ISO 9001 Quality experience. You will enjoys a hands on busy role working in a team environment. The company operate a no smoking policy.
