£17742 plus £2978 per year bonus
Our client, based within the service sector are looking to further add value to their customers with the recruitment of an additional Customer Service Advisor to the team. Reporting to the team leader your role will be varied and include;
- Verifying customer inventory records
- Communicating with a wide variety of people
- Effective database maintenance
- Ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Ad hoc associated admin
You will be organised and self motivated with the ability to plan and manage your own workload.You will have a high level of accuracy even whilst working to tight deadlines. Team working is key for this role as is having excellent interpersonal skills. My client offer a lovely working environment, they have an on site training centre and employee engagement is of key importance to them.
