I am currently representing a client who is the world leader in aircraft interiors whose strength has always been through the high quality of the people they employ throughout the organisation who share the same enthusiasm and drive to take our business forward.

My client is currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join their team based at their head office in Southend on a 12 Temp to Perm basis.

This is a Temp to Perm position with an immediate start and could lead to a great career.

The salary for this role is £21,500 and you also accrue holiday pay from day one plus an early finish at 1pm every Friday!

Duties for this Administrator position will include:

• Obtaining order confirmations from suppliers and update computer system
• You will be responsible for advancing Purchase Orders when required, as directed by the buyers and senior buyer
• File all purchasing documentation in a timely manner
• Assist other members of staff with information relating to the purchase and supply of products
• Use the Company's systems including manual requisitions & ERP system to identify purchasing requirements in line with assigned categories, to include obtaining formal quotations and placing purchase orders as appropriate
• Ensure on time delivery of all items ordered

Skills and Experience for the Administrator position include:

-Experience of working within a professional environment
-Administration experience
-Excellent IT skills to include Word, Excel and Outlook

Hours:
• Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm (30 minute lunch break)
• Friday 8am to 1pm

Total 39 hours per week
