HR Assistant / HR Officer Positions Available

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have experience within HR? We are currently recruiting several HR positions across Peterborough and surrounding areas. You will assist with the day to day operations and functions within busy HR teams, providing clerical and administrative support to the HR Executives. The roles range from HR Assistant to Officer level.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Managing the Onboarding process and employee life cycle.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
• Compile and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
• Communicate with external agencies and services when necessary
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to new employees

Skills we are looking for:

• Some experience within a similar HR position is required
• Ideally you will have qualifications within HR however this is not essential
• You will be personable, hardworking, and seeking a full time permanent position
• Must be able to commute to one of our positions in/around Peterborough area

• All of our clients are offering competitive basic salaries ranging between £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
• Benefits can include generous holiday allowance, enhanced pension schemes, and flexible working hours. These of course differ on a client by client basis.
