Gap personnel have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and experienced head office team as a Central Support Coordinator in Norwich City Centre.

As a central Support coordinator, you will be at the heart of our business working with our senior management team on various tasks and projects.

Duties to include:-
  • Support the directors of the business in general day to day tasks
  • Collate business and systems data
  • Collate and create financial reports using excel
  • Internal systems management (training provided)
  • Assist with company projects
  • Operate as liaison between internal departments and suppliers within the business
  • Attend and take minutes at monthly meetings (these can be based at our regional branches, so some travel required)
  • General PA Duties

Due to the varied duties in this role the right candidate must have: -
  • A proven track record in a PA / Admin coordination role (shorthand not essential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Great Organisational skills
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Package with the emphasis on Excel
  • Good Analytical skills & a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent admin skills
  • IT literate
  • Due to travel required a driving licence and car
