Our client is currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their successful client services team. This is a full time, permanent position, primarily based at their site in Chester, although the successful candidate may need to travel to the other sites from time to time.
Pay & Hours of Work
Monday – Friday / 8:30am-5pm
£22k per annum
Deliver a professional service – being first point of contact for the client.
Manage and resolve client queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Translate job briefs into accurate, technical production briefs as per client specification.
Full administrative support in raising and tracking job briefs, quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
Proactively manage workload, timelines and budgets.
Assist in the implementation of client projects and change.
Receive and process calls and queries from remote customers and internal stakeholders.
Liaise with other teams including but not limited to warehouse/logistics/customer services.
Ensure timely completion of month end activities.
Assist in the creation of management information for presentation to the client and internal stakeholders.
Must have previous experience within a similar role.
Working knowledge of a similar production environment.
Previous experience of taking job briefs and managing client expectations.
Ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple jobs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Microsoft Office skills, numeracy skills and commercial awareness.
Flexible and robust attitude and ability to work to deadlines.
Experience of direct mail is highly desirable but not essential.
