Account Manager


Skills/Knowledge/Experience & Qualifications:-

  1. Good communication & problem solving skills at all levels
  2. Works well under pressure and as part of a team
  3. Stronger understanding of compliance procedures
  4. Enthusiastic, professional and performance driven
  5. Experience of people management and leading a team in a fast pace environment
  6. High volume recruitment/staffing industry experience preferred but not essential
  7. Strong leadership skills, results driven and innovative thinking
  8. Flexible with working hours
  9. IT skills & experience of working with Microsoft office tools


  1. Develop & build strong client relationships at all levels
  2. Delivering effective candidate attraction, sourcing & selection projects in line with customer requirements/demands
  3. Managing client expectations, whilst achieving high customer satisfaction
  4. Drive continuous improvement strategy's
  5. Ensuring and driving full ethical & compliance procedures
  6. Delivering client specific Inductions & training programmes
  7. Attending daily/weekly management and planning meetings
  8. Ensuring worker welfare, job satisfaction & driving engagement
  9. Recording, reporting and taking appropriate action on set KPI's & SLA's
  10. Ensuring weekly payroll is complete accurately and on-time
