Administrator - Part Time

Our client based in Chirk is currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

 

Duties include;

  • Answering phones, emails, and general correspondence
  • Using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Using a booking system to book appointments and make bookings
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Providing a good all round administration support

 

Successful candidates will have;

  • Good record keeping
  • Good administrative and Accountancy skills
  • Can work in a dynamic environment so someone who has previously worked as a PA
  • Basic knowledge of answering phone calls
  • Own transport is preferred due to location 
  • Looking for someone who may have an interest in Textiles and Design

 

Hours of work:

Part time hours up to 25 hours

Pay rate:

Depending on experience
