My client is a leader in their field of manufacturing high quality outdoor products

As their business as increase by 6% in the last 12 months, they are looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to jKey Responsibilities:

Assisting the Accounts Manager with the Day to Day book-keeping for a growing Manufacturing business.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Matching Supplier invoices to Delivery Notes & PO’s
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • Inputting Daily Production Figures
  • Posting Sales Invoices and allocating “On Account Payments”
  • Sending Monthly Customer Statement
  • Helping to produce weekly & monthly KPI information.
  • Helping with Month End Processes
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with Weekly & Monthly Payroll
  • Commission Calculations.



General administrative duties including filing and post.

Any other duties appropriate to the job as deemed necessary by the management.



Skills required.


MUST have experience in Book- Keeping & Bank reconciliations

MUST have good attention to detail and accurate Typing

MUST be Methodical in their approach to work and processes.

MUST be competent in Microsoft Excel


Ideally have experience of Xero Accounting and Cloud based Stock Control & CRM Software.

Ideally have AAT or more than 5 years experience of accounting or book keeping


MUST be able to work under own initiative and be part of a team at the same time.

MUST have a good sense of humour


Hours of work: Ideally 24 – 40 Hours  / week but flexible for the right Candidate.

Possible home working for part of the week after training.

Salary: £20,000 -  £24,000  Pro rata Depending on Experience

Own transport necessary due to location (Free Parking on site)
