Our client based in the Deeside area are currently recruiting an Accounts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Owner of the Business the Accounts Manager will ensure financial health of the business and will be tasked with examining economic data and creating financial reports.
Pay & Hours of Work
- Monday – Friday / Office Hours
- £28k - £30k per annum dependant on experience
Responsibilities
- Book-keeping
- Payroll
- Purchase & Sales ledger
- Bank reconciliation
- Banking
- Credit card expenses / receipts upload and calculation
- Stock checks and adjustments
- Monthly accounts & end of month journals
- End of year accounts for submission to Accountant for checking
- Negotiation of contracts for Insurance / Phones / Vehicles / Utilities
- Cashflow forecasting
- VAT calculations and submissions
- Credit control
Requirements
- SAP B1 or Sage / Excel
- AAT Level 4 or working to this level (AAT Level 3 as a minimum standard)
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential
- Strong written and oral communication skills
