Gap Personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant for our established client based in central Swindon on a temp to perm basis.
£9.25 per hour
Monday – Thursday: 08:00am – 17:00pm
Friday: 08:00am – 12:30pm
Preparing reports and maintaining KPIs
Handling customer enquiries and responding to email queries
The ideal candidate:
Resourceful and highly motivated
Strong administration and customer service skills
Have a positive, friendly attitude
Be flexible with working hours and overtime when required
Experience with SAGE, Mapix and SAP is highly desirable.
