gap professional acting as an employment business are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Financial Services organisation based in Truro, Devon.
Closing date: 7th June 2019
The annual salary is £18,000-£20,000pa depending on experience. The working hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The role outline will include the following duties:
Dealing with the daily post.
Preparing client files.
Supporting the paraplanners with administration tasks and client file preparation.
Using google to do checks on client information.
Taking and fielding calls into the office, taking messages and passing on calls to the director.
Maintaining the diaries of financial advisors and paraplanners.
You are able to progress in the role with increased salary and responsibilities going forward as you learn more about the industry.
If you were interested in a career in financial services then the next step would be to become a Paraplanner with the firm after two years where you will be more involved in the reporting.
