Our client based in Wrexham is currently looking for an Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis.

 

Duties include;

  • Answering phones, emails, and general correspondence
  • Using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Collating timesheets and submitting working hours to payroll weekly/monthly
  • Submitting absence returns
  • Uploading training records onto Online SFS
  • Archiving

 

Successful Candidates will have;

  • Good record keeping skills
  • Good administrative skills
  • Basic knowledge of answering phone calls
  • Experience within administration previously

 

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

£10.50 per hour increasing to £10.87 per hour once permanent
