Gap Personnel, operating as an employment business, are currently looking to recruit Administrator for one of our clients based at Seisdon, (WV6 7).
Winter time: 8:00-16:00 Monday to Friday
Summer time: 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
Working days might requires some flexibility
£10.50 p/h, pay increasing in January
- Take Incoming Calls
- Data Entry
- Produce sales orders
- Help customers with complaints and questions
- Give customers information about products and service
- Take orders and process returns
- By helping customers understand the product and answering questions
- Communicate with costumer on the phone and emails
Job familiarisation will be given on-site, to familiarise with not only the systems in place in general, but also the established personnel for communication reasons. This communication is key to the company’s success and an aspect that cannot be overemphasised.
This is a permanent position with one month probation period.
- Previous Admin or Costumer Service Experience
- Able to work full week
- Candidate must have their own transport, as will be based onsite, which you can not access by public transport
