A fantastic opportunity to join the team as administrator to undertake general administration and warehousing duties. Direct communication with customers, and the sales team.

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £27,000


  • Prepare sales quotations
  • Log and distribute sales orders
  • Arrange call-off’s
  • Process e-mail and telephone orders on Sage50
  • Invoicing sales on Sage50
  • Monitor and re-order stock
  • Arrange shipments
  • Arrange collections from customers and suppliers
  • Send out literature and demo stock
  • Receive and book-in stock deliveries
  • Other duties as required
Skills & Experience:
  • Knowledge of Sage50 
  • Intermediate IT skills 
  • Strong written and oral communications are essential
