Gapp is acting as an employment business and are recruiting for Sales Administrator in Trafford Park, M17. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service by interacting with our customers both online and offline. You will need to be a confident communicator and keep our customers central to everything that you do.
Office Administrator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the General Manager with administering sales from initial order and purchasing of materials to invoicing,
- To communicate by phone and email with customers and suppliers.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- Set up and maintain customer details
- Prepare and send quotations
- Chase quotations in conjunction with the external sales team.
- Check and approve specifications
- Order Relevant materials and tooling
- Enter orders into the Business system, prepare and check works orders.
- Help maintain and develop and test existing and new procedures within business system.
- Continually develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Working Hours and pay:
Hours rate Start with £10.50/h - 37.75 hours per week
08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday
08:00 – 15:00 Friday
