We are currently recruiting for a part time administrator for our client based in trafford park.
The role will involve:
Reporting to office manager
Processing customer sales orders from receipt, put on Sage system , understanding of pricing system, invoicing
Answering phone – talking to customers/taking orders/discussing lead times etc..
Purchasing raw materials and other items
Liasing with production manager.
Factory output admin
Working hours are flexible between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday
Gap personnel are operating as a recruitment business
