Due to re organisation, we are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact when speaking to customers and suppliers



  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in reception
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer all incoming calls and forward all calls to relevant personnel
  • Ensure reception is clean and tidy with stationery and brochures are laid out
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Type up reports and letters for a variety of Managers
  • Proven background working in Reception, Front Office or a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Hands on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communications
  • Ability to converse Welsh would be advantageous
  • Customer Service Skills
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
